This Corning 96-well Stripwell microplate contains twelve 1 x 8 strips pre-assembled in an 'egg crate' style holder. The flat bottom strips are designed to easily break apart, allowing each individual well to be repositioned back in the holder once separated, and fit only one way into the strip holder, eliminating the chance of misorientation. It has a total well volume of 360µL and a recommended working volume of 75 to 200µL. Recommended medium well volume is 100 to 200µL, with a cell growth area of 0.32sq cm. TC-treated for optimal cell attachment. Includes a nonreversable lid with condensation ring to reduce contamination. Sterilized by gamma radiation and certified nonpyrogenic.
